About the Event
WTT Conservation Officer for South and South West, Nick Lawrence will be visiting us on 3rd and 4th May. Â You are coordially invited to walk the river with Nick and your fellow members on either or both days.
On Wednesday 3rd May (2pm) we'll be walking at Tremayne  - https://w3w.co/spans.blink.sling
On Thursday 4th May (10am) we'll be walking at Park Mill - Â https://w3w.co/tropic.longingly.smiled Â
Nick has visited us many times and it has become a very useful way to track the state of our waters and any hear recommendations. It also enables us to support our applications for grant from EA with tangible and credible data.  He is a graduate in fishery management from Sparsholt and went on to work in river restoration, the fishing tackle trade and, for 4 years prior to joining the WTT, as a fishery consultant, guide and riverkeeper, bringing to WTT this wealth of practical experience. Nick is also a passionate and highly competent wild trout fisher, so he’s perfectly-equipped to talk to WTT’s core stakeholders, offer his experience and expertise and carry out river habitat improvement projects.
Please RSVP soon as places are limited. Within the RSVP you will be asked to select the days you will attend.
